Bruno's Bakery Cafe wasn't built on shortcuts. We start our mornings before the city wakes — long-fermented sourdoughs, laminated doughs folded by hand, and espresso pulled from beans roasted to order.

Located on 25th Street in St. Petersburg, we're a neighborhood bakery that treats every croissant like a promise and every cup of coffee like an invitation to slow down.
